The Silver Surfer gets my vote.
He can basically do pretty much anything he wants. Time travel, faster than light speed... The guy can even destroy entire planets, or induce planet-wide evolution. He's also (essentially) indestructible. The only things that can kill him are beings with a superior grasp on the Power Cosmic.
Basically, screwing with him = instant death.
His only fault is losing to those tools, the Fantastic Four.
Coming in a close second is Iron Man.
